How does the Loyalty Program work?

Starting from February 1st, 2023 the Club membership of the loyalty pogram has new rules. All you need to do, is to register for the club. After paying your hotel bill at the end of the stay, you will receive a specific number of points on your bonus account.

SILVER CARD

  • 120+ points
  • 10 % discount on your stay

GOLD CARD

  • 240+ points
  • 15 % discount on your stay
  • 50 % discount on parking during your stay
  • 1x free entry to pool + saunas in Agricola Spa Center 90 min

PLATINUM CARD

  • 480+ points
  • 20 % discount on your stay
  • 100 % discount on parking during your stay
  • 1x free entry to pool + saunas in Agricola Spa Center 90 min
  • 1x free visit to the salt cave in Agricola Spa Center
  • Free upgrade of the room category (as per hotel availability)
  • Early check-in / late check-out as per hotel availability
  • 1 x free minibar refill during the stay
  • 1x bottle of water and fruit bowl on the day of arrival

BASIC MEMBERSHIP - BLUE CARD

Blue card is available for any checked out client at one of our Spa hotels. Being our client even for the first time allows you to the membership and advantage of further offered benefits under the blue card for your next stay.

Are you a frequent guest at the Spa and have at least 120 points on your card? You have automatically reached next membership level – the SILVER CARD – and you are entitled to following benefits.

  • 3 % discount on the price of the stay;
  • Exclusive offers and discounts on selected products (according to monthly offer);
  • 20 % discount on events, culture program and excursions (organized by Spa Jáchymov);
  • 20 % discount on parking fee;
  • Early check-in / late check-out (according to free hotel capacity and possibility within the limit of +/- 4 hours);
  • 1x free access to the Aquacentrum Agricola for 90 minutes;
  • 1x free stay in the salt cave in the Agricola Spa centre - 45 min.;

HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER?

Simply ask for application form at any Spa hotel reception that is available at our hotel receptions. Club membership begins with your valid registration form, accepted by the Spa. The card is intended for a quick identification of the club member and corresponds to the specific membership level.

WHERE CAN I OBTAIN ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE CLUB?

Complete information is provided in the Radon Spa Club General Rules that are available at all hotel receptions or at the website.

IMPORTANT

Discounts cannot be applied on the city tourist tax. The points cannot be collected by clients reserving their stay through travel agencies or via online portals not owned by the Spa.
