Dear guests,

We highly value your trust and appreciate your loyalty. For this reason, we have prepared a loyalty program for you – the Radon Spa Club. To its members, the club offers a number of benefits, which they may acquire immediately after registering for membership.

HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?

Every time you stay at Léčebné lázně Jáchymov a.s. (hereafter the "Spa") you will be rewarded with loyalty, which will be added to your bonus account after you pay your hotel bill at the end of your stay. All Spa services are assigned specific points that are entered in the spa reservation system. For every CZK 1,000 spent, the system generates 1 point depending on the type of services. You may check the actual balance of your bonus account at the hotel reception.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND BENEFITS

Basic membership - BLUE CARD

If you have made a fixed reservation of your stay or you are already a guest at one of the Spa hotels, you are eligible to free club membership. You may start collecting loyalty points and take advantage of all offered benefits.

  • Regular information newsletter - via e-mail
  • Exlusive offers and discounts on selected products
  • 10% discount on events and excursions (organized by Jáchymov Radon Spa)
  • 1x free stay in the salt cave 45 min. (for stays of 7 nights or more)

Silver membership - SILVER CARD

Are you a frequent guest at the Spa and have at least 120 points on your card? You have reached a next membership level – the SILVER CARD – and obtained the following benefits.

  • 3 % discount from the price of the stay (not subject to a maximum discount limit, not valid for clients of travel agents, tour operators and groups)
  • Regular information newsletter - via e-mail
  • Exclusive offers and discounts on selected products
  • 20% discount on events and excursions (organized by Jáchymov Radon Spa)
  • 20 % discount on parking fee
  • Early check-in / late check-out (for free capacities and possibilities within the limit of +/- 4 hours)
  • 2x free access to the Agricola Aquacentre – swimming pool + sauna for 90 minutes (for stays of 7 nights or more)
  • 2x free stay in the salt cave 45 min. (for stays of 7 nights or more)
  • Welcome drink
  • Mineral water in the room (upon arrival)

Zlaté členství - GOLD CARD

Are you a frequent guest at the Spa and have at least 240 points on your card? You have reached a next membership level – the GOLD CARD – and obtained the following benefits.

  • 5 % discount from the price of the stay (not subject to a maximum discount limit, not valid for clients of travel agents, tour operators and groups)
  • Regular information newsletter - via e-mail
  • Exclusive offers and discounts on selected products
  • 30% discount on events and excursions (organized by Jáchymov Radon Spa)
  • 40 % discount on parking fee
  • Optional accommodation in a higher standard room without any surcharge (depending on free capacity)
  • Early check-in / late check-out (for free capacities and possibilities within the limit of +/- 4 hours)
  • 3x free access to the Agricola Aquacentre – swimming pool + sauna for 90 minutes (for stays of 7 nights or more)
  • 3x free stay in the salt cave 45 min. (for stays of 7 nights or more)
  • Welcome drink

  • Fruit bowl in the room (upon arrival)

Platin membership - PLATIN CARD

Are you a frequent guest at the Spa and have at least 480 points on your card? You have reached the highest membership level – the PLATIN CARD – and obtained the following benefits.

  • 10 % discount from the price of the stay (not subject to a maximum discount limit, not valid for clients of travel agents, tour operators and groups)
  • Regular information newsletter - via e-mail
  • Exclusive offers and discounts on selected products
  • 50% discount on events and excursions (organized by Jáchymov Radon Spa)
  • 100 % discount on parking fee
  • Optional accommodation in a higher standard room without any surcharge (depending on free capacity)
  • Early check-in / late check-out (for free capacities and possibilities within the limit of +/- 4 hours)
  • 4x free access to the Agricola Aquacentre – swimming pool + sauna for 90 minutes (for stays of 7 nights or more)
  • 4x free stay in the salt cave 45 min. (for stays of 7 nights or more)
  • Welcome drink
  • Mineral water in the room
  • Fruit bowl in the room (upon arrival)
  • Free filling of the minibar (once per stay - composition according to the conditions of each hotel)

HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER?

Simply hand in the completed registration form at any Spa hotel reception. Registration forms are available at our hotel receptions. Club membership commences on the date on which a valid registration form is accepted by the Spa.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARDS

All new club members receive a club membership card upon effecting their reserved stay at the Spa. The card serves for quick identification of the member in connection with different club matters, e.g. with club partners. The cards correspond to the specific membership level. Silver and gold card may be collected by the member in person at the reception at any time from the moment they check-in for their subsequent stay after submitting their registration form.
